1. The downloaded workbook is stored as an immutable raw artifact identified by its SHA-256 hash.
2. Rows are normalised into entities, metrics, dimensions, periods and source locators.
3. Closed within eight weeks is derived deterministically from the FCA handling bands and retains its methodology version.

Known limitations

What the figures cannot settle alone

• The reporting entity is a regulated legal company, which may not match the consumer brand.
• Complaint rates must be compared within the same FCA product group and denominator.
• Upheld percentages are contextual and are not treated as a simple quality ranking.
